Macro Columns Configuration

You can configure the columns of the Report macro to display either specific or custom Metadata fields. Once you select the Content Category, you will see the option “Display all fields” selected. By default, all the Metadata fields will be pre-selected and displayed in the same order as per the configuration.

If you want to display only specific Metadata fields, you can select the option “Display selected fields”. This way, only the fields you select will be shown in the Report macro in that same order. The field needs at least one Metadata field selected. You can then save the configuration.

The resulting Report macro columns will be the same as the selected Metadata fields.

Filtering

You can filter for pages that belong to a specific Content Category by choosing one from the dropdown in the macro editor. There is also the option to filter for pages that have a specific value in the Metadata field that belongs to the selected Content Category. You can filter for values of all Metadata fields which are available in the selected Content Category.
