Starting with version 1.12.0 we have introduced new and exciting AI features to our Document Macro |
All SharePoint document macros (when supported) will now contain an Smart Summary button and will allow you to communicate via messages where you could ask questions related to the documents you have embedded.
Clicking on the Smart Summary button will open a new dialog where the AI would prompt you what you would like to do with the current document.
You can either use one of the predefined suggestions or type your own message to communicate with the AI.

The Smart Summary feature can also be used to analyze images.
Limitations
Currently, the AI does not function like a chat, so it will not retain context between the questions you send.
Files with an amount of text which exceeds 128K tokens or have a size greater than 20Mb cannot be processed.
Folders are not supported.

Text files
PDFs
Word documents
PowerPoint presentations
Excel files
