This little integration example app will help you getting started with your own metadata ideas. It contains:
- The basic usage of the MetadataManager
- A plain example of how to write your own metadatafieldtype
- A basic example on how to implement a spaceblueprint with metadata
The example package contains the final built app and the sourcecode. Please be sure you have added the API package to your maven repository.
Custom Field Type - Smiley Example
The smiley example is a good example on how the Metadata app is extendable with your own ideas. It provides the basic functionality of viewing editing and searching.
