Since version 5.2.0 of SAML Single Sign On (Jira SSO )/version 2.2.0 of User Sync, User Profiles for Jira is supported and customers have the possibility to sync attributes into Communardo User Profile fields using this app from resolution.User Profiles for Jira can also synchronize data from user directories that are connected through one of the following third party apps:

When User Profiles for Jira is installed, the attributes configured in User Profiles for Jira can be mapped in via User Sync connectors and SAML kept up to date via the apps Just-in-Time Provisioning feature. This allows to synchronize user attributes from a cloud Identity Provider like Azure AD, Okta, or Google in the absence of an LDAP sync.
