The Space Navigator contains all digital Spaces of a company and displayes displays them as single "Space Cards" in the center main part of the webpart in SharePoint Online. Here are all Spaces are included, showing the total number of Spaces in brackets, . By default there are no filters are active.
- The Space Navigator offers the possibilty to search and filter for existing Spaces - see Filter Spaces.
- The user has the chance to can explore all Spaces, find relevant ones and enter these Spaces a Space via different icons of the tool ecosystems of one Space representing the assigned tool ecosystems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Teams or SharePoint) - see Access Spacessee AccessSpaces.
- Every Space could have can provide more detailed information like metadata and keywords, which is available . They are available in the right pane by clicking "Details" and opens a right pane element in the Space Card - see Space Details.

View Spaces
Every Space is displayed as a single Space Card. The leading Space Tool is highlighted.
This card shows all relevant information about the Space in the following order:
- Space Type (here Project)
- Space Pinned State (Button)
Status colour Green title since version 1.1 - Space Title
- Space Description
- Space Details (Link)
- Space Tools (here: Teams, SharePoint, Confluence and Jira).

Pin and
Unpinunpin Spaces

You Every user can pin and unpin Spaces via an Icon-button. If the Space is unpinned and you click on the Icon-button for pin the Space then the Space will be changed to pinned state and will be moved to the pinned Spaces area, at the top of the viewhis most frequently used Spaces using the Pin button on the top right corner of the Space Card. The pinning is done in the scope of the current user so every user will have his own pinned Spaces. Pinned Spaces will always be displayed on top of your Space results to make it easier for you to access these Spaces.
Clicking the Pin button on an unpinned Space will pin the Space (and change the icon to "Pinned"). If the Space is already pinned , and you click on the Icon-button for unpin the space then the Space will be changed to unpinned state and will be moved to the unpinned Spaces area, after the pinned Spaces view. The sort order and the sort filter for the pinned Spaces is the same like for the unpinned Spaces. You can select them for both views like described in the section "Navigate through pages".

Navigate to "Sort by" andyou can unpin it by cklicking again on the button.

Select a number to decide the amount of shown Space Cards per page.

Acces Spaces
Access Spaces
Entering the Space is possible via three using different ways.
- Click on the title one of the Space Card. The leading tool, icons representing the assigned tool ecosystems (e.g. Teams is opening automatically in a new browser tab.Click on the tool icons. Afterwards the connected ecosystems are opening in a new Jira, Confluence, Teams or SharePoint). The connected ecosystem will be opened in a new browser tab.
- Navigate to Space Details. The title and the tools are here also reach- and clickablethere also represent links to the related ecosystems.
