To use this app at your company, you will need an active subscription. For this we provide a webpage, where you could see the status of your current subscription and could activate it. Please be aware that we will check your tenant size periodically, to provide you a correct payment. To visit the page, please navigate threw Azure or use directly the Manage Subscription link in the app.
Manage Subscription
In the top right corner above the link list part the manage subscription option can be found.
The “Manage subscription” link leads you directly to the page for managing the subscription of your company. Please consider that the inital loading of the channel has to be finished, to see this link. For adding the app to an channel follow this instruction. Furthermore your administrator has to give you the required permissions to see this link, by adding you to the “Licence Manager“ group. To add a person to this group, please follow the instruction .
Licence Manager group
For adding a person to the group “Licence Manager” you have to navigate to the tab “Enterprise applications“ inside of the Azure Active Directory. Search now in the tab “All applications” for the app “Link Spotter”.
After selecting the app, you see all users, which have a specific application assignement under the tab “Users and groups“. With the button “Add user/group“ you have the possibility to assign users to the group “Licence Manager”.
To add an user please select the button “None Selected“. Afterwards you can select all users, which should have the possibility to use the manage subscription option. Threw the button “Select“ you confirm your selection. You can’t select an other role as “Licence Manager”, because there is only this group. To finish the configuration process please click the button “Assign“.
