Consent Jira access
To start the The authentication process , you need to click the sign in button. This will launch a new window where you can review the required permissions and select a site to continuehave to sign-in with your Atlassian account and give consent for the application permissions. Detailed information about the scope of each permission can be reviewed by expanding the according section.

To proceed with the authorization process, you need to select one of the available sites from the list. Once you do that, the accept button will become active and you can click on it to confirm your choice.
Note this will give you access only to the Jira site you have selected when authorizing the app.

Once the connection is successful you will see a message which tells you are ready to use the app.

Authentication result
Once the authentication process is finished you will see your result on the next page. After a successful connection you can close the window . The web part which you have previously added to the page will refresh and you will be ready to add Jira issues.

Switch to another Jira site
In case you have multiple Jira sites available for your account and you want to switch to another site you are able to do so through the “Jira Sites” section in the WebPart properties.
Here you can switch between already consented Jira sites. In case the site is not consented yet you are able to add another Jira site, which will trigger the sign-in process explained above.

Switching the Jira site will clear other filters like the Selected Jira issues, but will retain the JQL query which was previously entered. |
No Active License Found
If you see a message to license the product it will mean that the SharePoint site collection administrator has yet to configure the app for your Jira site. See SharePoint: Activate App License . Until the app is licensed, you will not be able to work properly with the product.
