Solution

Currently, the link overview is being created. This initial loading process can take a while, so enjoy your coffee or tea break.

We are collecting currently all links from your channel to initialize the app. This is a normal behavior of the app.

This collecting process could take some time. You can close the window and open the tab later again, because the process continues on our servers. The app will automatically refresh, after the process is finished. The duration depends on your channel size and could take some hours. Please dont delete the app and add it to the channel again, because then the process would start at the beginning.

Your channel seems to be a really huge one. The initialization process is still ongoing. Please press the refresh button of the tab to get informed when the process ends.

We are collecting currently all links from your channel to initialize the app. But we will not request the status of the process anymore, because the process run very long. This is a normal behavior of the app.

If you want to see the current status of the process press the refresh button of the tab in the right upper corner of teams. You can also close the window and open the tab later again, because the process continues on our servers. The duration of the process depends on your channel size and could take some hours. Please dont delete the app and add it to the channel again, because then the process would start at the beginning.

An error occured while trying to get your links. You could try to press the refresh button of the tab. If this does not help you could first try to remove and readd the app to the channel. If the problem persists, feel free to report us the problem: Report a bug.

There are multiple reason why this error could occure. Mostly because your administrator removed the permissions of the app or there are a problem with our server.

Please check if the app has the required permissions to access the channel (see https://communardo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LINK/pages/1018822694/Authentication+Security#Consent-the-app ).

If the app show still the error, please remove our app from the channel and try to add it again.

No data was found for this channel. Link Spotter may have been uninstalled in the meantime. Please remove this tab and contact your administrator. Report a bug.

This error occures, because we don’t find your channel in our backend. This could occure if the channel was deleted from teams and after this restored by your administrator.

Please try to remove the app from the channel and add it again.
