See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/sharepoint-server-2013

Install Apps

Install the Confluence "SharePoint Online Connector for Confluence" as a Confluence app. If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Confluence, go to the global Administration > Add-ons or Apps > Find new add-ons or Find new apps. (Further details)

Configuration

Navigate to Global Administration (cog icon) > SharePoint Connection

1. Choose the SharePoint Server version that matches your environment:

With version 1.12.0 and higher we introduced the modern experience support for SharePoint Server 2019/SE.
Choosing this option will provide you the modern SharePoint solution, which will allow you to use the SharePoint webpart in modern and classic experience.

In case you are planning to switch from SharePoint Server classic experience to the modern experience with SharePoint Server 2019/SE, or to SharePoint Online please have a look here: https://communardo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/2309095465/Switch+from+SharePoint+Server+2016+or+earlier+to+SharePoint+Server+2019+SE+or+SharePoint+Online
