Since version 8.5.1 of the Page Tree Creator app, Metadata is supported as well. This means that Metadata assigned to the sources is automatically copied to the target as well. And this applies to the entire tree that is copied.

Copying Metadata works automatically, nothing needs to be configured or selected.

There are general restrictions/rules when copying pages with Metadata that apply here as well. For more details look here.
